Another piece of information obtained is the visitors’ IP address, and this process is carried out automatically by the server.
Among these personal data obtained from visitors, identity and contact information consist solely of the visitor’s name and e-mail information, and personal data are processed during the filling out of the comment form for the purpose of making a comment, also by obtaining the explicit consent of the visitor.
The recording of the visitor’s IP address is processed within the scope of Article 5/2-f of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
ARTICLE 5: RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The retention periods of the personal data written in this disclosure statement according to data categories are listed below, and at the end of the period the personal data are destroyed.
